QTII's plans for the future include:
In 2003:
- Obtain IRS 501(c)(3) status
(Granted! October 2003!)
- Obtain startup support and funding
- Hire seminar teachers
- Book seminars
- Refine
certification standards and issue the initial certifications (Fall 2003)
- Establish a research department to
ensure QTII operations are in accordance with established research-based
theory.
- Secure required funding
- Hire a Chief Financial and Marketing
Officer to ensure continuation of funding, to document progress, and to
ensure bookings for seminars and other training sessions.
In 2004:
- Establish a QTII working group to
promulgate QTII standards for Affective Development
- Develop a seminar teaching plan for
these standards
- Hire seminar teachers for Affective
Development
- Book seminars to begin teaching
Affective Development
- Refine Affective Development
certification standards and issue the initial certifications.
- Expand the Objective-based PTA
program
- Expand the research department to
provide for conducting QTII-sponsored research as well as looking into
existing research.
- Expand the research department as
needed

- Develop a seminar teaching plan for
these standards
- Hire seminar teachers for Curriculum
- Book seminars to begin teaching
